Products List
Products to secure the safety of the marine environment.
With 100 years of history, UTSUKI KEIKI has faced the challenges of vessel maintenance and repairs. We have continuously enhanced our technology and maintained vessels worldwide, ensuring they are in perfect condition for maritime operations.
BALLAST CONTROL SYSTEM
Founded in 1905 and established in 1948, we have been manufacturing and distributing marine/offshore construction related equipment both domestically and internationally.
We mainly provide total control systems for ballast control and water discharge for various vessels in the marine industry. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
TOUCH PANEL SYSTEM
The TOUCH PANEL BALLAST REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM for marine was developed and released in 1993, ahead of competitors, and has been widely installed on domestic vessels in Japan, large merchant vessels, and all types of marine development equipment.
ELECTRIC LEVEL GAUGE / DRAFT GAUGE
This gauge consists of a level detector, a junction box, an electric circuit, and an indicator. The level detector is a pressure type that reacts to the pressure difference caused by changing liquid level and converts it into an electrical signal. For measurement of the liquid level, it can be installed inside or outside the tank. Regardless of the type of measurement liquid, it is extremely durable because it is made from specially selected materials which are highly resistant to corrosion, heat and pressure. This gauge can also be used as a draft gauge.
ELECTRIC INCLINOMETER
There are two types: One-Direction and Two-Direction Types.
The Inside of the detector is a pendulum-type,
The tip of the pendulum changes in proportion to the degree of inclination, and the displacement is converted into an electrical signal using a differential transformer.
The inside is filled the silicon oil for vibration and shock damping.
ELECTRONIC INCLINOMETER
≪Compliant with IMO resolution MSC.363(92) and International Standard ISO 19697≫
The adoption of a MEMS sensor enables measurement avoiding the effects of lateral acceleration that occurs during navigation and turning.
High-precision hull motion measurement and display is possible. High measurement capability from short period to long period can be provided.
WATER LEVEL DETECTION AND ALARM SYSTEM
Pressure type Water Level Detection and Alarm System is compliant with “SOLAS revised rule. This system is a Cargo Hold Water Level Detection and Alarm System utilizing ELECTRIC LEVEL GAUGE pressure sensor that is compliant with the SOLAS revised rule.
Highly reliable Electric Pressure Liquid Level Gauge technology has been applied and developed based on our experience and accumulated technologies in domestic and overseas markets. NK type approval has been obtained.
DEWATERING SYSTEM OF FORWARD SPACE
This equipment complies with SOLAS XII 12/13 and performs remote valve control for dewatering by electro-hydraulic drive.
HYDRAULIC VALVE REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM
The hydraulic pump unit generates hydraulic pressure and the centralized control console performs remote control of hydraulic valves. This system is mainly used for ballast, bilge, or cargo lines, etc. in addition to the status display of level gauges and other equipment.
VIBRATION MEASURING SYSTEM
The system detects any abnormal vibrations through real-time processing of data based on the vibration pick up and performs spectral analysis by Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). It is designed for the predictive maintenance of the equipment installed for safe maneuvering and enables system failure to be investigated in the event of any abnormalities.
SEIKO MARINE CLOCK SYSTEM
The Seiko Marine Clock is literally the result of Seiko’s many years of experience and achievements in its determined pursuit of accuracy and reliability, and horological fine arts and the most advanced electronics are assimilated in it.
AUTO HEEL CONTROL SYSTEM
Automatic control device to keep the hull heel level when loading/unloading.
Measuring the heel angle with the built-in inclinometer in the control panel and automatically controlling the heeling pump and the remote-control valve can keep the hull heel level by transferring the ballast water between starboard and port side heel tanks. In some cases, the ballast pump is used to transfer the ballast water.
