The history of our company dates back to 1905 when Sumizo Utsuki, my great-grandfather opened a repair shop for marine chronometer in Kyobashi, Tokyo. In the early 20th century, marine chronometer was an essential tool for vessel’s navigation to find its variable position. Since 1965, we have continued marine business as a manufacturer of measuring system and accumulated our own technical know-how responsive to clients’ needs in the dock industry, sea-transportation industry, and offshore engineering.

Currently, our head office and factory are located in Totsuka, Yokohama.
With our original Level Gauge, EI (Electronic Inclinometer), and other electric devices, we are specialized in monitoring and remote/automatic control of various vessels’ and marine structures’ liquid level and inclination.

Our company business target is to gain high customer satisfaction with our products, solutions, and after-service. In order to achieve it, we pursue greater productivity and employee’ s personal growth through internal/external study sessions or workshops.

Under the keywords of “systems for safe operation and improvement of fuel efficiency” and “reduction of crew’s burden and necessary systems for monitoring/control of automatic-service vessels” and also based on the technologies / know-how cultivated over many years in manufacturing, we continue positive work on new development in cooperation with owners, specialized manufactures, research institutes, and etc.
